THE before

Gleamin was growing, their hero product was catching attention. But their creative team was becoming overextended. This created three key challenges:

  • Video Ads were Underperforming: Even with a strong creative team, Gleamin struggled to consistently produce impactful video content. 
  • Underutilization of Existing Content: They were unable to fully utilize existing UGC content, which needed to be curated into paid ads & branded content that aligned with their brand and drove customer engagement.
  • No Established Video Workflow: They struggled with an inefficient content creation process due to a lack of a dedicated video professional who understood their unique objectives and brand positioning.

After a detailed 1-hour consultation call (The Asset Audit Package). We kickstarted a relationship that lasted over 3-years, achieving:

  • Video Ads that Converted: Ads were now created on a monthly-basis, Gleamin was producing up to 10 unique ads /month, consistently hitting KPI's in the space of paid media: ROAS, CPC, CTR etc.
  • Maximization of Existing Content: A brand anthem video, stories, reels, and other branded video content produced consistently through the growing UGC library. A direct result of my (brand storytelling) process.
